Access Delivery
Upon payment verification, course login credentials or Zoom links are delivered within 12 to 24 hours.
Delivery Channels
All digital materials and links are delivered via the student’s registered WhatsApp number or Email address.
Instant Enrollment
For pre-recorded courses, access is typically granted instantly through an automated email link.
Verification Requirement
Delivery is dependent on the student providing a correct and active email/phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect info.
No Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical books or CDs. All course content is delivered in digital formats (PDF, Video, Live Stream).
Certificate Delivery
Professional certificates are delivered in high-resolution PDF format via email. Physical copies can be requested for an additional courier fee.
Access Duration
Students receive «Lifetime Access» to recorded modules unless stated otherwise in the specific course description.
Technical Prerequisites
