 At Mehran F&W Experts, we believe in the quality of our education. Our refund policy for digital courses is as follows:

First Session Guarantee
 We offer a 100% refund if a student is dissatisfied after attending the first introductory session of any course.
 
 

Post-First Session
 Once the second session of a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
 
 

Registration Fees
 Any one-time registration or enrollment fee (if applicable) is strictly non-refundable.
 
 

Digital Materials
 If a student has already downloaded proprietary course materials (PDFs, eBooks, or recorded videos), they are no longer eligible for a refund.
 
 

Course Cancellation
 If Mehran F&W Experts cancels a batch due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or a seat in the next available batch.
 
 

Change of Mind
 Refunds for «change of mind» are only processed if requested at least 48 hours before the first session starts.
 
 

Non-Attendance
 Failure to attend live sessions does not entitle a student to a refund. Recorded sessions will be provided as a substitute.
 
 

Transfer Policy
 Students may transfer their enrollment to a friend or family member before the course starts, subject to administrative approval.
 Refund Process
 Approved refunds will be sent via the original payment method (Easypaisa/JazzCash/Bank) within 10 to 15 business days.
 
 

Administrative Deduction
 A 5% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover bank/wallet transaction charges.
