Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, slides, and strategies, is the intellectual property of Mehran F&W Experts. Unauthorized sharing or recording is strictly prohibited.
No Financial Guarantee
While we teach strategies for «Managing Online Assets» we do not guarantee specific financial returns. Success depends on individual effort and market conditions.
Student Conduct
We maintain a professional learning environment. Abusive behavior toward instructors or fellow students will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
Account Sharing
Course access is for a single user only. Sharing login credentials with others will result in the permanent suspension of your account.
Certification Criteria
Certificates are only issued to students who attend at least 80% of live sessions and pass the final course assessment.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify course content or timing to ensure the curriculum stays updated with the latest digital asset trends.
Third-Party Platforms: Our courses may involve teaching on third-party sites (e.g., Binance, YouTube, WordPress). We are not responsible for the policies of those external
platforms.
Limitation of Liability
Mehran F&W Experts is not liable for any financial losses incurred by students while practicing asset management strategies in the real market.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for any student found violating our copyright or sharing proprietary secrets with competitors.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts nearest to our office in Sobho Khan Magsi.
